Where it all began
Matchlytics was born on the padel courts of Portugal in late 2024. Our founders, a group of passionate players and technologists, noticed a gap between the sport's explosive growth and the tools available to support it.
Players were recording matches on phones propped against water bottles. Coaches were taking notes on paper. Clubs had no way to offer data-driven value to their members. The sport was growing fast, but the infrastructure wasn't keeping up.
That frustration became the idea: build a platform that turns every court into a source of intelligence. Professional-grade analysis, accessible to everyone from a casual weekend player to a club operator managing twenty courts.
