By accessing or using the Matchlytics platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Matchlytics is operated by Matchlytics Lda, a company registered in Portugal. These terms govern your use of our platform regardless of how you access it.

Matchlytics provides AI-powered sports analytics services, including match recording, performance analysis, highlight generation, and club management tools. The Service is made available to individual players, coaches, and club operators.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Service to record or analyse individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior written authorisation
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights

All technology, AI models, software, and content made available through the Service are the exclusive property of Matchlytics Lda or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in our technology or content.

Match recordings and analytics generated through your use of the Service remain yours. By using the Service, you grant Matchlytics a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the Service to you.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Portugal and the European Union.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matchlytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
